As you are aware we have introduced a Group Fleet Purchase scheme to the Scottish Machinery Ring Association and we would like to reiterate the finer points of the process.

·        This annual scheme runs from the 1^st December to the 30^th November inclusive.

·        As customers you should purchase your CaseIH equipment from a recognised CaseIH dealer.   This part of the process is completely independent from the scheme.  Please find attached a list of your local dealers.

·        Then please send a copy of all appropriate paper work to your designated SMRA contact at their office.  This paperwork must depict the relevant serial number for CaseIH auditing purposes.  These copies must be dated for the year in which the claim is made.  CaseIH is unable to process late additions to the final submitted list.  Details of what exactly is required is available from your local Machinery Ring

·        At the beginning of December, the SMRA will collate all the copies and forward them to CaseIH where it is checked and confirmed, and the financial rebate arranged.

·        The rebate would normally be paid in the following February.
